At Restroom Stalls and All, we strive to ensure your commercial restroom projects are completed with the highest quality hardware and partitions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard, non-customized inventory.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, brackets, and installation guides are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
