What is the standard lead time for restroom stall orders?
Most standard powder-coated steel and solid plastic partitions ship within 48 to 72 hours. Custom materials or specialized colors may require a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you provide installation services for the partitions?
While we are a primary supplier of restroom hardware and stalls, we do not provide direct installation. However, all orders include detailed manufacturer instructions and we can offer technical guidance over the phone.
What shipping methods do you use for large partition panels?
Due to their size and weight, restroom stalls are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Smaller hardware items and accessories are typically shipped via standard ground carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Can I return custom-sized restroom partitions?
Custom-manufactured partitions and stalls are non-returnable as they are built to your specific layout specifications. Standard hardware and stocked accessories may be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee.
How do I determine the correct material for my environment?
For high-moisture areas like shower rooms, we recommend Solid Plastic (HDPE) or Phenolic. For low-traffic commercial offices, Powder Coated Steel is the most cost-effective and popular solution.
Do you offer quotes for large-scale commercial projects?
